Con la vuelta a la democracia continuo la impunidad. Durante el gobierno radical de Raúl Alfonsín se sancionaron las leyes de obediencia debida y punto final dejando en libertad a los genocidas. El discurso hegemónico en los primeros años posdictatoriales fue “la teoría de los dos demonios”, esta propuso contar la historia desde la explicación de dos aparatos armados, guerrilla y ejercito que generaron un enfrentamiento de sangre y muerte al margen de los intereses y participación de los sectores sociales, negando así los proyectos políticos enmancipatorios por los cuales se derramo la sangre de miles y miles de compañeros y compañeras.
Durante los 90 asistimos nuevamente a que gobiernos constitucionales continuaran siendo cómplices de la impunidad dictando el decreto que indulto a los principales responsables del terrorismo de estado en la argentina. Esto también encuentra su correlato con la profundización de un proyecto político, económico y social que condeno al hambre y a la miseria a millones de argentinos.
A los desaparecidos por el terrorismo de estado se le sumaban los desaparecidos por el hambre y la pobreza.
En el 2003 se inicia una nueva etapa política en nuestro país, de la mano de un gobierno que tuvo la firme voluntad política de retomar el reclamo de los organismos de derecho humanos, las madres, HIJOS y las organizaciones políticas y sociales que resistieron la embestida neoliberal. Entendemos que la derogación de las leyes de obediencia debida y punto final es el primer paso hacia la concreción de estos reclamos.
Es en esta coyuntura histórica, política y social en el cual se van a iniciar los juicios a los genocidas en la ciudad de rosario.
Desde la JP Evita exigimos juicio y castigo a los culpables, pero entendemos que solo habrá justicia para nuestros compañeros y compañeras desaparecidos si seguimos levantando nuestras históricas banderas de lucha, para la realización de una patria económicamente libre, socialmente justa y políticamente soberana.
